Refund and Returns Policy

At Islamic Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • We accept returns within 3 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at naimurrahman4969@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

3. Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take some time to be processed, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

5. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

6. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including clearance or sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom-made items.
